I'm a 19 y/o graphic designer with over 4 years of experience.I mainly focus on Roblox semi-realistic and cartoony style thumbnails, but I also make logos, Minecraft thumbnails, and banners of all kinds (anime, Minecraft, realistic, etc.)When you order from me, you can expect a professional approach, quick turnaround, high quality work, and that everything you want and need will be taken into account.My process is simple: before payment, I will ask a few questions about your game — how it looks, what the player does in their first 10 minutes, and overall just stuff that will help me understand your game better. Then I will prepare mockups for you (around 4-8), those will be my ideas for the thumbnail that you will be able to choose from. MAJSTER TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)

*ORDER PROCESS AND REVISIONS
➝ I will deliver your order within 2 hours to 14 days (2–336hours) depending on the queue and the complexity of your request.
➝ I will inform you when I will start and proceed to show you progress of work (sending screenshots and such).
➝ I allow minor revisions only (like placement tweaks, color changes, small removals, etc.).
➝ Revisions are different based on your order, e.g. one icon might have 2 revisions and another one might have 3 revisions, because the other icon is harder.
➝ The amount of revisions won't be cosmical, like 10 per icon, it will be rather between 2-6 per each work (thumbnail, icon, logo, etc.).
➝ You will be able to buy additional revisions if needed. (2$ each)
➝ If you don’t ask for revision within 36 hours after I send you the final work, I will assume that the design is good to go and there won't be any free changes to it.
➝ DO NOT RUSH ME, respect me and wait until I won't tell you about the progress.
➝ Orders are done in the order I receive payment (unless someone paid double to skip the queue). If I’m busy, I’ll let you know your spot in the queue.
*TERMS AND CONDITIONS
➝ If I cancel the order before starting, I’ll refund you fully.
➝ If you disrespect me, try to scam, or break my TOS, I’ll cancel the order without refunding money and blacklist you from future commissions.
➝ I have the right to showcase the work I made for you in my portfolio or socials.
➝ You have the right to use the final work however you like (thumbnails, videos, banners, etc.) — just don’t claim it as your own or resell it.
➝ Giving credit is not required but appreciated.
*REFUNDS AND PAYMENT
➝ Once I start working on the order, there won't be any refunds. no exceptions.
➝ I take payments in Robux (roblox currency) and through PayPal (any currency), in rare cases i could take Steam Giftcards but the rates will be 50% higher.
➝ I only take money upfront, either 50/50 or 100%.
➝ When it comes to TAX, it's always on you, so you must make sure to send the right amount of robux/money.
➝ If you change your order after paying me, then I will either ask for more money if the difficulty of your order changes or reject your order (if it's too hard or for any other reason) and just make what I was paid for.
